At Luméva London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In their original condition

  • Unworn and unused

  • Free from any signs of damage or wear

  • Returned with the original tags attached, where applicable

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Refunds

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for a different size or colour of the same item, subject to availability.

If the requested size or colour is unavailable, we may instead offer a refund in accordance with this return policy.
