At Luméva London, we want your shopping experience to be simple and seamless from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your door. Below you can find everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on all orders.

There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free shipping.

Shipping Origin

To offer a carefully selected range of styles while keeping our prices accessible, orders may be fulfilled and shipped directly from our international fulfilment centres in Asia.

Depending on availability, items from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately. If this happens, you may receive multiple tracking numbers, and your items may arrive at different times.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed after 11:00 PM (CET/CEST) will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that weekends and public holidays may affect processing times.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery usually takes approximately 6–8 business days, depending on your location and the carrier handling your shipment.

Estimated Total Shipping Time

7–10 business days

This includes:

  • 1–2 business days for order processing

  • 6–8 business days for delivery

Please keep in mind that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on the destination and circumstances outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to follow your order through the relevant carrier. Depending on your destination, your parcel may be handled by carriers such as DHL, Royal Mail, Evri, UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

If you have not received your tracking information after your order has been shipped, please contact our customer support team.

Delivery Delays

While we always do our best to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur.

These can be caused by circumstances outside of our control, including:

  • Carrier congestion

  • Customs procedures

  • Severe weather

  • Public holidays

  • Unforeseen logistical issues
